To really understand Haiti’s needs and what SOPUDEP is accomplishing through their community programs; there is no better way than to experience it first hand. For this reason, SOPUDEP offers inclusive tours and volunteer opportunities for international visitors. It’s the experience itself that no words or photographs could ever describe.
Solidarity Guest House
Word is spreading of SOPUDEP’s excellent work within the international community and the volume of visitors is growing each year. The Solidarity Guest House came together after many visitors showed interest in staying in a family guest house.
Coming to Haiti allows visitors to see the struggles of women, education and health. The guest house is now open and welcomes visitors to make reservations well in advance of their stay.
We have two ensuite rooms, two bathrooms and air conditioning. There is an additional lounge area, patio, roof top and dining area. Electricity is provided and supplemented with solar power. We provide breakfast and an evening meal. If necessary we can provide transportation and wifi is also included.
